You don't have to — every plan is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. Access simply expires at the end of the paid period; there is no subscription to cancel.

If you buy another plan before the current one expires, the new period is added on top of your remaining time — you never lose paid days.

The 3-month package (29 PLN, one-time, ~10 PLN/mo) is the most popular — it covers the realistic preparation window (course + exam slot + a possible resit). No auto-renewal. The monthly plan (19 PLN/mo) is flexible with no commitment. The yearly plan (79 PLN/yr, ~6.60 PLN/mo) is cheapest per month for those who start early or plan multiple categories.

Yes. A VAT invoice is generated automatically and available in your account profile right after purchase. If you need a full named or company invoice (with NIP/tax ID), email contact@duoprawko.pl within 3 months of purchase, providing the transaction number and full billing details.

Yes. All prices shown on the website are gross (including 23% Polish VAT). The price you see is the final price.

Premium comes with a free 3-day trial — if you cancel within that period, nothing is charged. After a payment is collected: under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, digital content with immediate access does not qualify for the standard 14-day withdrawal right. In exceptional cases (technical failure on our side) we refund proportionally — email contact@duoprawko.pl.

Yes — 32 questions (20 basic + 12 specialist), maximum 74 points, passing score 68. Time: 25 minutes for category B. Questions are randomly ordered, just like at WORD.

Basic questions (1 pt each) test knowledge of signs, rules and behaviour in common situations. Specialist questions (2 or 3 pts) are category-specific — for example, cat. C has questions about heavy trucks not present in cat. B.

Currently no — an internet connection is required. We are working on a PWA with offline mode.

The interface is in English. The exam questions are shown in Polish (the official CKK source is Polish-only). The actual WORD exam offers an English language option — DUOprawko shows you the same questions you will practise in the official language.

The most common cause is a slow connection or CDN blocked by antivirus software. Try: hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5), disable VPN, switch networks (Wi-Fi → mobile data). If the problem persists — tell us exactly which question number does not work.

Usually a cache issue — press Ctrl+Shift+R to bypass the browser cache. If it continues, check whether an extension like uBlock Origin is blocking our scripts.

DUOprawko has no passwords — nothing to forget. On the login screen enter your e-mail and we send a 6-digit code (check spam — it usually arrives within a few minutes), or sign in with Google.
